This resource page hosts the core reference files for scRBP (single-cell RNA-Binding Protein regulon inference), including the human RBP motif annotation table, motif sequence logos with associated metrics, and eight transcriptome-wide motif-target ranking databases. The ranking databases were constructed to quantify RBP binding potential in a domain-resolved manner across the four major transcript domains—5′UTR, CDS, intronic and 3′UTR—at both gene and isoform resolution. Together, these resources provide the motif and ranking framework underlying scRBP analyses and support reproducible studies of RBP-mediated regulation across transcript features.
